Translating your birth certificate into a foreign language
Some documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates and ID documents issued by the court will need to be authenticated by the Australian Government before acceptance by an Embassy or Consulate, this is called an apostille. You will need to get this first and and then we will translate the apostille and the document at the same time.
Certified Hard Copy v’s Digital Copy
To have any legal value the source document and also the translation of your birth certificate must be in hard copy format. We will provide you with an email copy to approve first followed by posting the hard copy by Australia Post. The certified translation will also have the NAATI translator’s stamp and signature all pages of the translation.
